By accessing and using MR Trivia ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2 Description of Service

MR Trivia is a daily trivia game that provides users with questions and tracks their performance. The Service includes user accounts, leaderboards, friend systems, and premium features.

3 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4 User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards
  • Share answers or cheat in any way
  • Submit false or misleading "I got that right" requests
  • Harass other users or submit inappropriate content

5 Premium Features

Premium features include:

  • Access to questions from the past 30 days
  • Enhanced statistics and analytics
  • Increased "I got that right" request limits (10 vs 5 for regular users)
  • Priority support

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify premium features at any time.

6 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

7 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MR Trivia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the Service.

9 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MR Trivia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
